This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
MANUFACTURE TIME: All garments are made from scratch when an order is placed. Usual manufacture time is between 2-4 days, depending on current order backlog. If there is a large backlog of orders, manufacture time can take between 7-10 days. An e-mail is sent when an order is placed to say hello and thank you, then a follow up e-mail is sent when the goods are completed and are in the mail.
DELIVERY TIME: Ande Whall Denim Co. will ship goods anywhere in the world. Target delivery by New Zealand Post International Airmail is between 6-10 business days. Shipping to Australia takes 3-6 days. USPS or your national carrier picks up and delivers the goods at your end. Delays due to strict customs have been experienced when shipping to Canada and some European countries, please allow anywhere from 8-14 days.
CUSTOMS TAX: Your local postal service and/or customs office may have additional import or duty tax applicable for import goods. Ande Whall Denim Co. is not responsible for any additional costs associated with local import tax/duties upon receiving your goods.
