MANUFACTURE TIME
All garments are hand made from scratch by Ande Whall when an order is placed through the webstore. Normal construction time is between 1-4 days, depending on current order backlog. If there is a large backlog of orders, manufacture time can take between 6-8 days. An e-mail is sent when an order is placed to say hello and thank you. A follow up e-mail is sent when the goods have been completed and shipped with the tracking number included.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sales are final. AW denim Co. does not offer size exchanges or return for refund. Please check your size and purchase very carefully. In the rare event that damaged or faulty goods are found please make contact asap. Unfortunately AW Denim Co. cannot offer size exchanges due to the labour intensive process of handmaking garments and the shipping expense to and from customers.
CUSTOMS TAX: Your local postal service and/or customs office may have additional duties or tax applicable for imported goods. Ande Whall Denim Co. is not responsible for any additional costs associated with local import duties/tax upon receiving your goods.
